Here at Keystone, we provide a range of mental health support services designed to meet the unique needs of our students.

We are proud to have a dedicated student counsellor who offers confidential one-on-one counselling sessions to address students’ personal challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

In addition to individual counselling, our student counsellor conducts informative and interactive group presentations and workshops that cover various aspects of mental health, with detailed information about coping strategies and building resilience. Our counsellor makes it a priority to discuss with students each year such topics as how to be a global citizen, how to understand questions surrounding consent, and how to deal with major life changes such as entering post-secondary education and living away from home.

Crisis Intervention: In times of crisis, Keystone’s student counsellor is here to provide immediate assistance, support, and resources to help students and their families navigate difficult situations. Our counsellor is always available for email, telephone, virtual and in-person sessions, and has full open door policy throughout the school day.

Referrals and Resources: Keystone’s student counsellor maintains a network of trusted professionals and resources within the Toronto area, and ensures that students have access to the best available mental health support when needed, both virtually and in-person.

We believe that a healthy mind is the foundation for academic success!

Your Well Being Matters!

We want all our students to know that their well-being is a top priority at Keystone.
