How Online Courses Work

The online courses are designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive learning experience:

  • Asynchronous: Instructors can determine the due dates that work with their students’ schedules
  • 110 hours of learning material
  • 3-5 units, including a variety of assignments aimed at reinforcing the concepts covered
  • Final project or test, or a combination of the two

Students’ grades are primarily determined by coursework, which makes up 70% of the overall grade. This includes unit assignments, interactive activities, and participation in course discussions, providing a continuous assessment of students’ progress and understanding. The final assessments, which accounts for the remaining 30% of the grade, evaluates students’ comprehensive understanding and application of the entire course content. This balanced assessment approach ensures a thorough evaluation of both ongoing engagement and overall mastery.

The course materials are highly interactive, featuring a wealth of additional resources designed to support and enhance the learning process. These resources include multimedia content, supplementary readings, and interactive tools that cater to different learning styles, ensuring that students have ample opportunities to grasp and apply the knowledge gained.
